Building Strategy
Day 1
iLevel stewarded Hippeas Canadian market launch from the USA from the beginning. Working with the brand on developing the market entry strategy, providing insight into Canadian packaging, helping setup up importation/distribution and setting up retailer accounts coast to coast. Within 30 days of starting the work, the brand was positioned to enter the market with bilingual packaging and commitments from some of the largest retailers across the country.
