CHFA Connect 2021
In 2020, we saw our business change in multiple ways due to Covid-19 and government-imposed lockdowns across our country and the world. One of the changes we saw was CHFA being held entirely online as a virtual show called CHFA Connect in October 2020 and followed suit in April 2021. CHFA is our industry’s most important event in Canada, and it is normally held in Vancouver (February) and Toronto (September) with biannual Quebec editions.
CHFA Connect 2021 virtual event spanned for 2 days, April 16th & 17th (Friday & Saturday) 2021. iLevel Management participated by featuring 4 brands in our booth: Caulipower, Redmond Life, Natura and Supernova.
iRecover Days
The iLevel team is now entitled to a new holiday every quarter. iRecover days were introduced in the 2nd quarter of this year, with the team’s mental health and performance in mind. To catch a break in these stressful times and beyond, or to spend some extra time with our loved ones, we need to keep necessary checks and balances to our work-life schedule and we at iLevel are very confident that these short but strong time-off work would rejuvenate and restore our productivity so we can get back to things with a perfect synergy.
Low Risk Activities
Staying physically active is as important as getting vaccinated. We need to fix a schedule to keep ourselves active and on the move. Create a schedule to go out regularly and preferably in the morning to get enough sunlight. Visiting parks, trails and other open outdoor areas are great ways to stay active while still staying six feet apart. However, before going out, experts recommend choosing to visit less popular outdoor areas, where there is limited sharing of items and hence less chances of contracting the virus. So, though playgrounds, beaches and public pools are reopening, these are still areas of greater risk. It may also be a good idea to check with the facility you are visiting to see if public restrooms are available and how often they are cleaned and disinfected. Some other examples of some low-risk activities are picnics, biking, hiking, camping, etc.
Featured Brand: CAULIPOWER
CAULIPOWER was born on a #PinterestFail. As the mom of two boys with celiac disease, Gail Becker grew tired of searching for healthier alternatives that were easy to make and tasted great. Knowing she couldn’t be alone, she left her corporate job and launched CAULIPOWER in 2017.
Today, it remains Gail’s mission to eliminate the need for consumers to ever have to choose between taste, convenience and health.
At CAULIPOWER, we use the power of veggies to make healthier, easier versions of the food you crave, that actually taste like the food you crave. Our NEW cauliflower crust pizza flavors are putting a more nutritious spin on classic meat pies, reinventing the way you do pizza night!
